New Integration Expands Access to Personal Property Protection for Fraternity and Sorority Members

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

September 29, 2026: Fraternity Matters announced today a new strategic integration partnership today with OurHouse, a chapter-management and communication platform with the #1 rated iOS/Android mobile app built specifically for the fraternity and sorority community.

The partnership will integrate Fraternity Matters solutions with the OurHouse platform, creating a more seamless way for fraternity and sorority organizations, chapters and their members to access valuable services in real-time on their mobile devices.

A key component of the partnership is providing personal property protection for individual members, helping protect members’ belongings against unexpected loss or damage while living in fraternal houses, on campus, on spring break and at home.

College students often bring thousands of dollars in personal belongings with them to campus—including laptops, phones, electronics, clothing, furniture and other valuables. The integration between Fraternity Matters and OurHouse is designed to make accessing personal property protection simple and convenient for members while reducing the administrative burden on chapters and national organizations.

“Our goal at Fraternity Matters is to bring solutions to the fraternal community that provide real, measurable value to both organizations and their members,” said Jim Stowe, Co-Founder of Fraternity Matters. “Our partnership with OurHouse gives us an opportunity to make personal property protection easier and more accessible to members while providing organizations with another meaningful way to enhance the member experience.”

OurHouse provides fraternity and sorority organizations with a centralized technology platform for managing chapter operations, communication, events, attendance, voting, documents, study & service hours, member engagement and other important functions.

By integrating Fraternity Matters solutions into that environment, members can gain easier access to personal property protection through technology they already use as part of their daily fraternity or sorority experience.

“This partnership is another step toward creating a more connected experience for fraternity and sorority members,” said Nathan Troum, CEO of OurHouse. “By bringing Fraternity Matters into the OurHouse ecosystem, we can provide organizations and their members with access to additional services that deliver tangible value beyond traditional chapter management.”

The partnership reflects a shared commitment by Fraternity Matters and OurHouse to use the most modern technology available to improve the fraternity and sorority experience while helping organizations better serve and protect their members.
